We eat at this restaurant atleast 2x a month and always have a great experience! We have had Cinthia each time as our server and she is always very pleasant, friendly and polite. Always has a big smile on her face! The food is always good! Awesome experience! See ya next time!

First time here and the food did not disappoint. When we arrived for brunch, there wasn’t a wait so our party of 3 was seated right away. I had the special which was the smoked salmon Benedict. The grits I got as my side were delicious. Our server Denisse was attentive and very nice.
We absolutely love joining friends at this establishment! The young lad Bryan served us this morning. He was spectacular! I recommend the Bacon Lovers BLT. Also get your potatoes!
I can't say enough good things about our visit to Flying Biscuit! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and southern charm, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was our server, Oscar. Oscar was incredible — attentive without being overbearing, fast without ever making us feel rushed. He had the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness that made us feel genuinely cared for. The moment our water cups were even halfway empty, he was there with a refreshing refill. Every question we had about the menu was answered with confidence and enthusiasm (you could tell he really knew his stuff), and he made sure everything came out just right!

Had a wonderful time. Was sat quickly and was greeted by Cinthia promptly. She was so kind and attentive. As out of staters, we forgot about that alcohol couldn’t be served until 11 am on Sunday’s. Once we had eaten, we placed a drink order and she allowed us to move to a patio table to enjoy. Thank you again Cinthia!
